1. Service Description
FastMailTracker is a Gmail engagement intelligence service. It records verified engagement signals on the emails you choose to track, such as tracked-link clicks, content views, and replies. It also records pixel-open status and time, classifies each pixel open as a genuine human view or a robot/scanner, filters out opens generated by privacy robots and security scanners, and treats a pixel open as a soft "likely seen" hint rather than a verified read. It offers a free monthly allowance of trackers and an optional paid subscription for unlimited tracking.
2. Subscription and Pricing
FastMailTracker offers a free monthly allowance of trackers and an optional paid Premium subscription for unlimited tracking. Premium is priced at $7 per month or $59 per year (US Dollars). Payments are processed by DodoPayments, which acts as the merchant of record and bills you in your local currency inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change with notice; any change applies only to future billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not store your full card details.
3. User Responsibilities

4. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not read or save any data that is sent inside an email. We only track the least possible amount of data necessary for email tracking.

The Seness Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.
